FOFAF collects non-personally identifiable information about you whenever you visit our Website. FOFAF collects personally identifiable information, such as names, email addresses and zip codes, from Users when they voluntarily provide such information to us, including, for example, when Users sign up to join our campaign, or when Users donate to FOFAF.
How FOFAF Uses the Information that It Collects
FOFAF uses Users’ personal information to better understand how Users use the Website so that FOFAF can improve the Website and its offerings.FOFAF also uses Users’ personal information for the purpose for which the Users provided the information, in other words, to provide requested information, to process a donation, or to otherwise fulfill a request. If you provide FOFAF with your email address, FOFAF will add you to its email list and may contact you with information that FOFAF thinks will be of interest to you. If at any time you wish to stop receiving communications from FOFAF, please follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of any email FOFAF sends you, or send FOFAF an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask to be removed from FOFAF’s distribution list. If you provide FOFAF with your cell phone number, you consent to receive auto-dialed and/or prerecorded messages at that number on any subject from For Our Future, For Our Future Action Fund and their affiliated organizations.
How FOFAF Protects User Information
FOFAF adopts appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to help protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, but FOFAF cannot guarantee that your information is 100% secure. In addition, please recognize that email is not a secure method of communication, so you should not include sensitive information in any email you send to us. Your credit card information is stored in a manner that is PCI compliant.
Sharing Personal Information
FOFAF uses third party service providers to help it operate its business and the Website or administer activities on FOFAF’s, such as collecting donations online. FOFAF may share User information with these third parties for those limited purposes but FOFAF requires that such third parties protect the confidentiality of your information and use it for no other purpose.
In addition, FOFAF may share personally identifiable information about Users with other like-minded organizations. Moreover, FOFAF will share personally identifiable information about Users when required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws or to respond to a court order, subpoena, or search warrant.
FOFAF may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personally identifiable information regarding Users with third parties.

Protecting the privacy of the young is especially important. For that reason, FOFAF never collects information at the Website from those FOFAF knows are under 13, and no part of the Website is structured to attract anyone under 13. If FOFAF becomes aware of having information about anyone under 13, FOFAF will promptly delete the information.
California Privacy Rights
If you reside in California and have provided your personally identifiable information to FOFAF, you may request information once per calendar year about FOFAF’s disclosures of certain categories of your personally identifiable information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
